Steve Williams
President and CEO

Steve has enjoyed a long and successful career creating, building, and managing businesses ranging from retail and wholesale to electronic communications and software development. A skilled programmer who has delivered sophisticated multimedia and public space communications systems for Solutia, Mosby Publishing, Elsevier Science, Ritz Carlton, Coca Cola, The American Dairy Council, Prentice Hall, and Maritz, Steve has managed every aspect of electronic media production from ground-up planning and client liaison through delivery, setup, and support. He now utilizes his executive experience and natural talents as a team builder in making Master Key Interactive a valuable business communications partner for its clients, as well as a great place to work.

Mark Lammert
Managing Partner & Director of Development

Mark supervises quality control, development, and resource management for MKI projects. Mark has over a decade of experience designing and developing applications from websites and Flash animations to databases and backend systems. He is well versed in a wide variety of software tools and development platforms in addition to his experience in team management and project oversight. Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Media Communications. He has been a faculty member of the Department of Media Communications at Webster University for more than five years, teaching web development and multimedia courses to upper-class students.

Will Godfrey
Senior Developer


Will has been involved in nearly every aspect of web and electronic media production in his 18-year career.  He serves as Senior Web Developer at Master Key, bringing his experience in planning, developing, and deploying web-based initiatives to bear on projects ranging from public program outreach to launching new online businesses. Before his arrival at Master Key, Will helped build the online presence of a multi-campus, international university, deploying services ranging from web content management to e-learning and intranet portal services for over 20,000 students, faculty, and staff.  In addition to web programming skills, Will has experience in visual design, writing, editing, and multimedia production.  He holds a B.A. in Radio and Television and an M.A. in Interactive Media.
